Oct 7, 2011 - Day 7 Fitness Training Program

It's Friday. After a rest day, my body felt better. The WOD is 5 (135lb overhead push) and 10 burpees. 5 rounds for time.

My time: 9:46

Here's a chart I did for the phases of performance. It's a 14 week program to increase up to power development.
