I think my back is 90% healed. I have to test it with some deadlift.
The WOD was Filthy Fifty: 10 exercises, 50 reps each.

5. Single arm Duffle Bag clean (45lb)
6. Air Squat
7. Duffle Bag Snatch
8. Toes to Bar
9. Back extension Duffle Bag Pull (45lb)
10. Wall Ball 23lb
Here's The Start of a Concept for Group Training Base on Points:
1. Fitness Activities:
Light 30min = 1 pt
Medium 30 min = 2 pt
Strenuous 30 min = 3 pt
Bonus Workout Crossfit = 5pts
2. Nutrition:
100 calories +/- Intake per day = 1 pt
Bonus Meal Plan – No Grain/processed sugar = 1 week = 5 pts
3. Overall Weight loss (Per Week)
Lb loss = 10 pts
Lb gain = -10 pts
End 3 month bonus = each % = 20 pts
