Nov 5, 2011 - More on Crossfit

WOD: For Time: 7 rounds 100m sprint, 10 burpees
My Time: 9:07

I also added some bleacher runs and 2 800m run. The first 800m felt gassed. My time: 4:25. Rested for 200m walk and then my 2nd 800m run was 4:18. I'll need to improve my runs
